Actor Dileep’s Pavi Caretaker Gears Up For Release Today

Directed by Vineeth Kumar, the comedy-drama Pavi Caretaker is all set for release on April 26. The film marks Malayalam actor Dileep’s 149th film in his expansive film career.

The film follows the titular character, an unmarried security guard, whose life changes when he forms a rather unconventional bond, bringing joy to his otherwise dull and mundane existence within a residential complex. But there’s a catch. The new person’s arrival could also threaten Pavi’s position as the caretaker. What follows is a series of hilarious goof-ups as Pavi navigates his life through the challenges.

Apart from Dileep in the lead role, the film also features Juhi Jayakumar, Rosmin, Shreya Rugmini, Swathi, and Dilina Ramakrishnan as the female leads. The other notable cast members include Johnny Antony, Radhika Sarathkumar, Sphatikam George, Dharmajan Bolgatti, Master Sripath, Abhishek Joseph, Deepu Panicker, Shahi Kabir, Jinu Ben, and Shaiju Adimali.

With his last two films – Bandra and Thankamani – failing to captivate audiences, Pavi Caretaker’s success is extremely crucial for Dileep. “As someone who cries daily and makes my audience laugh through my films, Pavi Caretaker is very important to me,” he said.
