Kawasaki has launched the 2025 Ninja 650 in international markets, now available in two new colour options. This includes the standard variant and the Ninja 650 KRT Edition, which features the distinctive livery and graphics of the Kawasaki Racing Team.
Since its debut in India in 2012, the Kawasaki Ninja 650 has been a significant player in the high-capacity motorcycle segment, helping Kawasaki solidify its presence in the Indian market. The 2025 model continues to build on this legacy, maintaining its mechanical specifications with no changes. It is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin engine, which produces 68 hp at 8000 rpm and 64 Nm of torque at 6700 rpm.

Despite the lack of mechanical updates, the Ninja 650 offers a range of advanced features that enhance the riding experience. These include a TFT colour display, LED lighting, Bluetooth connectivity, traction control, riding modes, and dual-channel ABS. These features not only improve the bike’s performance but also provide a more connected and safer riding experience.
The addition of new colour options for the 2025 model adds a fresh appeal to the Ninja 650. The standard variant is updated with stylish new hues, while the KRT Edition brings a sporty edge with the iconic Kawasaki Racing Team’s livery. This variety allows riders to choose a model that best suits their aesthetic preferences while enjoying the same robust performance and technology.
Currently, the Ninja 650 is priced at Rs 7.16 lakh (ex-showroom India). Kawasaki has not yet announced when these new colour options will be available in the Indian market. However, given the popularity of the Ninja 650 in India, it is anticipated that these updates will eventually make their way to Indian shores, providing enthusiasts with fresh choices and maintaining the model’s competitive edge in the segment.
