Mercedes-Benz has introduced the AMG S 63 E-Performance in India, priced from Rs 3.30 crore (ex-showroom). This launch marks the return of the high-performance AMG S-Class to the Indian market after nearly five years. Alongside the standard model, Mercedes has also unveiled a limited-run “Edition 1” variant, priced at Rs 3.80 crore (ex-showroom), featuring additional cosmetic enhancements.
Exterior Design
The AMG S 63 E-Performance retains the classic silhouette of the S-Class, with distinctive AMG-specific styling elements. The front end features the AMG Panamericana grille with the iconic three-pointed star logo at its center, complemented by a sportier bumper with gloss black side skirts and a thin chrome line. The side profile is similar to the standard S-Class, distinguished by 21-inch forged AMG wheels.
