Next-gen Toyota RAV4 to get edgy styling with Camry-like designing
A complete model update for the Toyota RAV4 SUV is anticipated later this year. An internet leak from China has revealed the final design of the Toyota RAV4 in its production incarnation. The one picture appeared on the Chinese social media platform Weibo, where several individuals shared it as the production’s upcoming RAV4 this year. A Toyota dealer meet included the vehicle on exhibit. Together with its partner GAC, Toyota manufactures the RAV4 in China, where it will be marketed as the Wildlander SUV prior to its April local launch.
The SUV’s final design, which includes the glasshouse section, the window line that rises slightly towards the back, and a grille and headlight design reminiscent of the Camry, is in accordance with the latest sightings of the RAV4 test mules.Similar to the Camry, the new RAV4 will continue to be built on the modular TNGA-K platform. In contrast to the current model, there will be more gasoline hybrid powertrains and improved plug-in hybrid configurations that provide a greater range when using solely electricity.
