Gautam Singhania, the chairman of Raymond Group is furious with Lamborghini India and Asia that he recently bought a Lamborghini Revuelto, priced at Rs 8.89 crore but it broke down due to a complete electrical failure.
Singhania took to social media to express his disappointment. He shared a photo of his luxury car being towed off Mumbai’s trans-harbour link. “I’m shocked at the arrogance of Lamborgini‘s India Head Sharad Agarwal and Asia Head Francesco Scardaoni. Neither has reached out to check on customer issues,” he tweeted.

This isn’t the first time Singhania has raised concerns. Earlier, he tweeted about reliability issues with the Lamborghini Revuelto “It’s a brand-new car! Are there reliability concerns? This is the third one I’ve heard of experiencing issues within 15 days of delivery,” he said.
What bothers Singhania most is Lamborghini’s silence. Despite being an old and loyal customer he claimed that he didn’t receive a single call from the company’s India or Asia teams. “Is brand arrogance getting to another level?” he asked.
It is shocking that the India Head of Lamborghini @agarwal_sharad has not even bothered to make a phone call to enquire what the problem with an old loyal customer is. However, Lamborghini India hasn’t commented on the issue yet. The company’s silence has further fueled Singhania’s frustration and he tagged the X accounts of Lamborgini Indian and its service centre.
Despite full electrical failure on the Lamborghini Revuelto, no error codes came up in the diagnostic. Seems to have serious electronic issues.#Lamborghini #LamborghiniIndia #Revuelto #LuxuryCars #Supercars #ExoticCars #PerformanceCars #LuxuryLifestyle #CarEnthusiast… https://t.co/iWI2zTxid1
