
Kozhikode: World Trade Center Foundation Stone Lied At HiLite City, Set To Be Largest In India
Kozhikode, Kerala: Marking the beginning of making Kozhikode a global business hub in the region, HiLite Group’s ambitious World Trade Center dream is all set to take wings. The foundation stone for the massive project, which would put Kerala on the global business map, was laid at HiLite City recently. The builder group began groundwork on the first block, specifically for the ‘WTC Learning Park’
Developed by HiLite Group and designed by the renowned architecture firm Stapati, the Kozhikode WTC comprises two large towers. The major undertaking is touted to be one of the largest WTCs in the world and the biggest in India. HiLite and all other infrastructure projects are also being designed by Stapati. The project will have a combined leasable space of over 70 lakh square feet and each block will be ten times the size of HiLite Mall. Through business, education, innovation, and global partnerships, the WTC would further drive the city’s transformation.

The WTC is projected to give a significant business boost to Kozhikode’s stature as a commercial powerhouse and serve as a magnet for national and international businesses. Over the short years since its foundation in 1996 by entrepreneur and philanthropist P. Sulaiman, the builders’ group has become one of the state’s finest real estate developers. The project is expected to be completed in five years.
The flagship projects- HiLite Business Park, an ultra-modern office complex, HiLite Boulevard, HiLite Mall Calicut, and HiLite Center – cemented the Group’s brand within the business ecosystem. Within a short period, the Group proved it has succeeded in delivering world-class projects time and time again.

In addition to the dedication and commitment of Sulaiman the CEO Ajil Muhammed, a graduate of the Singapore Institute of Management and IIM Bangalore, and Nasheeda Sulaiman, Director of HiLite Group, have also been credited with the Group’s fast expansion, especially with projects such as the World Trade Centre.
