A record-breaking apartment sale in Juhu area has created new history in Mumbai’s booming real estate market deal. Atman Innovations Pvt Ltd, a firm headed by popular speaker and author Deep Trivedi purchased a 9,863 square foot luxury apartment for over ₹113 crore.

The apartment is located on 10th floor of Lodha Avalon, a luxury residential project under construction on Juhu Tara Road and the site is near to Amitabh Bachchan’s bungalow and actors Ajay Devgan and Kajol’s bungalow is across the road.

The recent deal, registered on August 18, 2025 has set a new record for Juhu. The current transaction’s price of over ₹1,15,000 per sq ft has exceeded the old record of ₹1,08,000 per sq ft.

Besides the property’s cost of over ₹113.42 crore, Aatman Innovations also paid ₹6.8 crore in stamp duty. Therefore, with added GST, the total cost of the deal, came to nearly ₹129 crore.

Lodha Developers Ltd, which previously acquired the land where the Centaur Hotel once stood, is now constructing two towers. These towers will feature “mansions by the sea” for very affluent individuals. Because of its prime location, the Lodha Avalon project offers the biggest sea-facing area in Juhu.

The highest residential property sale ever recorded in India was made by Leena Gandhi Tewari, the chairperson of USV. She purchased two high-end, sea-facing duplex apartments in Mumbai for a total of ₹703 crore, which included ₹63.9 crore in stamp duty and Goods & Services Tax (GST) to register the properties. This transaction, which was priced at ₹2.83 lakh per square foot of carpet area, has established a new standard in India’s residential real estate market.
