Speaking on the occasion, Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress President Akshay Lakra stated that while PM Modi manages to halt wars between two nations, he is unable to prevent paper leaks. Ever since the National Testing Agency (NTA) was established, paper leaks have occurred continuously; questions have been raised regarding merit, and even the courts have taken cognizance of the matter.

Previously, universities and state governments conducted examinations themselves; however, through the NTA, the BJP is now pushing the future of our children into darkness. Today, the BJP has created such a corrupt system that the children of the wealthy will pass, secure seats, and jobs, while the future of children from poor backgrounds will be ruined.

Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress President Shri Akshay Lakra further alleged that the involvement of senior BJP leaders—who themselves run coaching institutes—has surfaced in the NEET paper leak scandal. Cancelling the NEET examination is not the solution to the problem. What, after all, is the reason that 89 papers have been leaked over the last 10 years—with the NEET paper itself leaking four times—necessitating re-examinations on 48 separate occasions? These incidents raise serious questions regarding the integrity of our education system. Our students have realized that the Modi government is a failure. Consequently, there is immense frustration among the student community.

Today, the BJP is ruining the lives of students. We will stand united to fight against this injustice and ensure that the students receive justice. Demanding the immediate resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Shri Akshay Lakra, President of the Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress, stated that the Central Government must provide compensation to the affected students. He further called for the constitution of a Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) to investigate the NEET paper leak.

Asserting that the NTA has failed in its responsibility to conduct examinations, he demanded that the agency be completely banned and that the task of conducting examinations be entrusted to another government body. Present at the protest were National Secretary and Delhi Co-in-charge Hevaran Kansana, National Secretary Ehsan Ahmed, along with numerous other Youth Congress workers.
