Supreme Court Quashes All Cases Registered Against NEET Paper Leak Protesters Across India
New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday, September 1, quashed FIRs registered against students who protested the Neet paper leak across India. All cases registered in Delhi and all other states between July 20 and July 25 will be quashed.
The top court further directed that any FIR relating to the same protests that was not brought before the court should not be pursued or investigated and must be treated as closed, Bar and Bench reported, citing sources.
