Notably, on February 28, 2026, Israel and the US launched an unprovoked war against Iran, killing its supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and other office bearers and IRGC officials. The war may escalate in the near future, considering the constant aggressive policies of Israel and the US in the region.
