The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the delay of the Chartered Accountants Final Course Examination for Group II, Paper 6, Integrated Business Solutions (Multi-Disciplinary Case Studies). The exam was originally scheduled for November 13, 2024. It will now be rescheduled for November 14, 2024, from 2 pm to 6 pm in cities including Hazaribagh, Jamshedpur, and Ranchi in Jharkhand, Raipur in Chhatisgarh, and Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan.
The schedule change was due to the general elections to the Legislative Assembly of Jharkhand and bye-elections in other states on Nov 13. The ICAI has said that the admit cards issued earlier will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
The exam schedule for all other cities and dates will remain unchanged per notices released on July 18 and September 24, 2024. The exams are scheduled to be held from November 3 to November 13, 2024. However, in some centres, the last exam will be on November 14 now.

CA Final Exam is the third and last course level of Chartered Accountancy conducted by ICAI. The course has three levels including CA Foundation, CA Intermediate and CA Final. Students have to clear foundation and intermediate exams to reach to final level.
The official notification states, “It is informed for general information that due to the General Election to the Legislative Assembly of Jharkhand and the Bye-election to Assembly Constituencies/Parliamentary Constituencies in other states on 13th November 2024 (Wednesday), the Chartered Accountants Final Course Examination, Group II, Paper 6, Integrated Business Solutions (Multi-Disciplinary Case Studies), scheduled for 13th November 2024 (Wednesday) in Hazaribagh (Jharkhand), Jamshedpur (Jharkhand), Ranchi (Jharkhand), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), and Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan), stands rescheduled. The examination for this paper will now be held on 14th November 2024 (Thursday) at the same time, i.e. from 2 pm to 6 pm and at the same examination centers. The admit card already issued for this examination will be valid for the revised date”.
