IIT Roorkee Releases GATE 2025 Exam Schedule
The Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee (IIT-R) has released the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 Exam schedule. It is available on the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
According to the examination schedule for GATE February 2025, the exam will be conducted in two sessions daily: a morning session from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and an afternoon session from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. GATE 2025 exams are scheduled for February 1, 2, 15 and 16, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the GATE 2025 can plan their schedule considering the detailed timetable.

GATE 2025 Examination Schedule
Notably, IIT Roorkee has extended the deadline for application correction window of the GATE 2025 exam. Candidates now have additional time to modify their details via the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in till November 20, 2025. The correction window allows to revise applicants critical information, including personal information, select a different category, change the examination city, or add a test paper to their application.
To correct the application form candidates must visit the official website – gate202.iitr.ac.in and click on the Application correction link’. Candidates will have to submit the login credentials to make modification in the forms and to pay fee.

GATE is conducted for Master of Engineering (ME), Master of Technology (MTech), and direct PhD admissions to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) and other institutes/universities across India.
