The National Board of Examinations In Medical Sciences (NBEMS) is likely to announce the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2024 soon on its official website – natboard.edu.in. The examination was conducted on August 11, 2024, across 416 centres in 170 cities spanning 31 states.
Over 2 lakh candidates appeared for the exam which was held in two shifts. In the first shift, nearly 1,07,959 candidates attended while 6,317 candidates were absent. The first shift observed technical delays at two centres. In the second shift, 1,08,177 candidates appeared out of 1,14264 registered candidates and 6,087 were absent. In the second shift also few centres faced delays due to technical issues of 30 minutes to 55 minutes.
Candidates are advised to keep visiting the official NBEMS website for the latest updates. The result will ensure the next steps in the admission process for postgraduate medical courses across the country.

The eligibility criteria for NEET PG counselling is by the Post Graduate Medical Education Regulations, 2023 notified by the National Medical Commission (NMC). The cut off percentile for the different categories are as follows:
General/EWS: 50th Percentile
SC/ST/OBC: (Including PwD of SC/ST/OBC) 40th Percentile
UR PwD: 45th Percentile
Cut-offs for these percentiles will be shared along with the results.

Step 3: Open the result link and download the pdf
Step 4: Check the name, and roll numer in the list along with the marks.
Step 5: Print out or save the result for further process.
