NEET UG 2024 Registration Window Closes Today

The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the registration window of NEET UG 2024 today, at 10:50 pm, that was reopened on April 9, 2024. The registration process of the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test or NEET, the national-level admission test for the medical and allied courses, was resumed based on the requests from the stakeholders, the NTA said in a statement. The NEET application can be filled at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET.

NTA said in the official notification, “We have received various representations from stakeholders with a request to re-open the registration window of NEET (UG) – 2024. Based on the representations, it has been decided to re-open the Registration Window of NEET (UG) – 2024,”.

In addition to the registration the last date for fee payment will also be the same on April 10, 2024. “One-time opportunity, so apply carefully!,” the NTA statement on NEET registration. Candidates are advised to fill out the application form carefully as this is a one-time opportunity, and no further chance will be given for applying for NEET (UG) – 2024.

The NEET UG 2024 will be held on May 5 from 2:00 pm to 5:20 pm throughout the country and 14 cities outside India in pen and paper (offline) mode.

“The dates for Advance Intimation of Lamination City, downloading of Admit Cards, and declaration of Result will be displayed on the NEET(UG) (Main) portal at the appropriate time,” the statement added.

The candidate can opt for login and identification for the online submission form to register with the following options:

* Aadhar card

* Digi locker

* ABC ID

* Passport

* Pan Card

* School/ Any other valid Govt. Identity Card with a photograph.

Step 1: Visit the official website – exams.nta.ac.in/NEET

Step 2: Click on the “NEET (UG) – 2024 and Click Here for Registration/Login” given on the homepage

Step 4: Fill up the online application form

Step 5: Pay the examination fee

Step 6: Submit your form and download it

Step 7: Save/print it for future reference
