NTA Issues Admit Cards For UGC-NET June 2024 Re-Exams At 4 Centres

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit cards for the UGC NET 2024 June re-examination for four centres where the examination was cancelled due to technical glitches. The admit cards are available at NTA’s official website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The UGC NET June 2024 exam started on August 21 and the last exam will be held on September 4, 2024. The 4 centres where the examination was cancelled due to technical glitches/floods includes Dr. Ghanshyam Singh College of Education in Varanasi, UP; Shankara Group of Institutions in Jaipur, Rajasthan; Amatyas Global IT Solution in Jamnagar, Gujarat and Jainee College of Engineering and Technology, Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.

According to the official notification, candidates should carefully look at the examination centre, address, date, timing, and shift. Notably, only the date of the examination which is September 4 has changed, other important information including roll number and exam city remained the same.

The UGC NET exam is conducted to determine the eligibility for assistant professors in universities and colleges in India and in awarding JRF to the students.

UGC NET June 2024: How to download the admit card

Step 1: Go to the official website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the link for admit card given on the homepage

Step 3: Enter the login credentials – application number, date of birth, and secrutiy pin

Step 4: Submit the details and the admit card will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download the admit card and take a printout.
