TN SSLC Result 2024 To Be Announced On May 10; Pass Percentage, Minimum Marks, Girls PerformanceThe Directorate of Government Examination (DGE), Chennai will announce the Tamil Nadu SSLC (class 10th) result 2024 on May 10, 2024, at 9:30 am. Students who appeared for the exam can check their results on the DGE official website – dge.tn.gov.in. The results will also be available in the Digi locker.
This year around 8 lakh students appeared for the TN SSLC board exams 2024. The exams were conducted from March 26 to April 8, 2024.
In 2023, the overall pass percentage of the Tamil Nadu SSLC exam was 91.39% and the girls passing percentage was above the boys’ at 94.66%. The pass percentage of boys was 88.16%. A total of 3718 schools achieved a 100% pass percentage which include 1026 government schools. The pass percentage of science, social science, and English was 95.75%, 95.83%, and 98.93% respectively.
To clear the exam a student has to secure a minimum of 35% marks in each subject with 20 marks in theory and 15 in practical. Students who are not satisfied with the result can apply for the supplementary exams once the result is released.

Step 2: Click on the –SSLC exam result 2024 link given on the homepage
Step 3: Enter your credentials – registration number, and date of birth and submit
Step 4: The result will be displayed on the homepage
Step 5: Download and save or print the result
The Tamil Nadu board announced the class 12th result (HSC plus 2) on Monday, May 6, 2024. This year the TN HSE plus 2 overall pass percentage was 94.56% and girls outperformed boys in the class 12 result.
