The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released the KPSC KAS 2024 admit cards for the prelims examination scheduled on August 27, 2024. To download their admit cards, candidates must visit the official website – kpsc.kar.nic.in. Candidates can download it by using login credentials – user name (mobile number/email Id/enrollment Id) and password.
The examination will be held for 384 vacancies of Gazetted probationer Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ posts.
The examination will be held in two shifts on August 27, 2024. The first shift for Paper 1 will be held from 10 am to 12 pm and the second shift for Paper 2 will be from 2 pm to 4 pm.

The KPSC has also issued a warning to candidates regarding the misinformation circulating on social media about the rescheduling of the exam. The commission said that the official schedule remains unchanged and the preliminary exam will be held as planned.
Candidates are asked to carry a printed copy of their hall tickets.
The commission has made special provisions for the candidates with disability and need scribes. 416 candidates requested scribes during the examination. Out of these, 157 will receive scribes provided by the commission while 259 candidates will bring their own. Those who are bringing their own scribes must download a separte admit card.
The final selection of the candidates to the given posts will be based on Prelims, Mains and Interview process.
