TS Inter Results Announced; Overall Pass Percentage Goes Down

Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education or TSBIE has announced the TS Inter 1st and 2nd year results on the official website. Students can check it via the board’s official website – tsbie.cgg.gov.in/results.cgg.gov.in.

This year, a total of 4,78,723 students appeared for the 1st year and the total pass percentage is 60.01 percent. In the first year, a total of 68.35% of girls and 51.05% of boys cleared the exam.

Furthermore, in the 2nd year, a total of 5,02,280 students appeared and a total of 3,22,432 students cleared the exam. the total pass percentage is 64.19 percent while for girls and boys the pass percentage is 72.53% and 56.01% respectively.

As per the press release, the overall pass percentage for the general stream which is 61.06 % for the first year went down in comparison to the last year’s 62.85%. While for the 2nd year, the pass percentage goes up by over 2% to 69.46 percent. The pass percentage for the vocational stream went down for both the first and second years. The 2023 result was 51.49% and the 2024 result was 50.57% for the first year. For the 2nd year the 2023 pass percentage was 66.81% however, it goes down to 63.86% this year in 2024.

Nearly 27,000 Invigilators conducted exams and nearly 14,000 Evaluators successfully valued the answer scripts at 16 Spot Valuation Centres.

Students can appear for the supplementary examinations starting from May 24, 2024 and fee submission process will take place from April 25 to May 2, 2024.
