UGC NET June 2025 Online Application Starts
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has invited online applications for the UGC NET June 2025 entrance examination. Interested and eligible candidates can go through the official website – ugcnet.nta.ac.in to fill out the application form. The application can be submitted from April 16 to May 7, 2025.
The NTA will conduct the University Grant Commission – National Eligibility Test to determine the eligibility of Indian nationals for award of Junior Research Fellowship and appointment as Assistant Professor; appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D. and admission to PhD only in Indian Universities and colleges.
NTA will conduct UGC-NET June 2025 for 85 subjects.

The Last date for submission of the examination fee is May 8, 2025, up to 11:59 pm. The tentative date of examination is from June 21 to June 30, 2025. The admit cards will be available at the official websites, and the city exam centres will be announced later.
The application fee for the General/Unreserved candidates is Rs 1150, for General-EWS/OBC-NCL candidates is Rs 600, and for SC/ST/PwD and third gender candidates is Rs 325.
Candidates can apply through online mode only and other mode of application will not be accepted.
