Hajipur Election Results 2025: Awadhesh Singh Leads With A Big Margin

Awadhesh Singh of the BJP is leading ahead of RJD Deo Kumar Chaurasyia by 13358 votes as per the recent ECI updates of Bihar Assembly Elections.

In 2020, Hajipur legislative assembly constituency had total 335706 electors. Total number of valid vote was 192033. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Awadhesh Singh won and became MLA from this seat. He secured total 85552 votes. Rashtriya Janata Dal candidate Deo Kumar Chaurasia stood second with total 82562 votes. He lost by 2990 votes.

In 2015, Hajipur legislative assembly constituency had total 311651 electors. Total number of valid vote was 178454. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Awadhesh Singh won and became MLA from this seat. He secured total 86773 votes. Indian National Congress candidate Jagannath Prasad Rai stood second with total 74578 votes. He lost by 12195 votes.

In 2010, Hajipur legislative assembly constituency had total 235101 electors. Total number of valid vote was 133432. Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Nityanand Roy won and became MLA from this seat. He secured total 55315 votes. Lok Jan Shakti Party candidate Rajendra Rai stood second with total 38706 votes. He lost by 16609 votes.
