J&K Assembly Election Results 2024: Advocate Abdul Rahim Rather Wins Charar-e-Shareef Constituency

Jammu and Kashmir National Conference member Advocate Abdul Rahim Rather was leading in the Chrar-i-Sharief constituency in the J & K assembly elections 2024. Rather is secured victory against Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Democratic Party candidate Gulam Nabi Lone with 11496 votes.

Charar-e-Shareef Constituency is number 30 of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly. The seat is general and not reserved for SC or ST candidates. Charar-e-Shareef Constituency is a set of Budgam district of Jammu and Kashmir.

The JKNC and JKPDP remained the major parties here in the constituency in the past. The JKPDP candidate Ghulam Nabi Lone won the Chrar-i-Sharief constituency in the 2014 assembly elections.
