J&K Assembly Election Results 2024: Doda West Constituency Result, Shakti Raj Parihar Secures Victory

Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Shakti Raj Parihar secures a seat in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Elections 2024 with an overall 3453 votes against the INC candidate Pradeep Kumar.

Doda West is one of the 90 Assembly constituencies of Jammu and Kashmir. The seat is not reserved for any category and comes under the general seat. It is a part of the Udhampur Lok Sabha constituency. The Lok Sabha constituency went to the polls on September 18, 2024.

The candidates in the assembly election race for the Doda West Assembly seat in the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir elections are Abdul Ghani (JKDPAZ), Meenakshi Kalra (IND), Pardeep Kumar (INC), Shakti Raj Parihar (BJP), Swarn Veer Singh Jaral (IND), Tanveer Hussain (PDP), Tilak Raj Shan (SSUBT), Yasir Shafi Matto (AAP).

As per the data released by the Election Commission of India, in the 2024 Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, the estimated voter turnout in the Doda West constituency was 75.98%.
