Rajasthan Election Results: BJP's Bhajan Lal Sharma Wins Sanganer Assembly

Bhajan Lal Sharma of the BJP won the Sanganer constituency in Rajasthan with 145162, defeating Pushpendra Bhardwaj of the Congress, who polled 97081. In the 2023 Rajasthan Assembly polls, Sanganer witnessed a tough fight between the BJP and Congress. AAP candidate Amit Dadhich has garnered 1426 votes.

The elections to the Rajasthan State Assembly were held on November 25, 2023, for 199 seats. In 2018, the total number of candidates in this constituency was 29. In that Assembly election, Ashok Lahoty of the BJP won in Sanganer constituency. 107947 votes, and Pushpendra received 72542 votes.

In the 2018 assembly elections, Ashok Lahoty defeated Congress” Pushpendra Bharadwaj. Ashok Lahoty won 107947 votes, and Pushpendra received 72542 votes in 2018. The winning margin is 35405 votes. BVHP”s Ghanashyam Tiwari won 17371 votes in that election. The constituency had 302939 voters during the 2018 Assembly election.

Out of the total 199 seats in the desert state, the BJP won 115 seats and the INC got 69 seats. Independent candidates secured victory in eight seats. Along with Rajasthan, the assembly elections were held in four other states, including Madhya Pradesh, Telengana, Chhattisgarh, and Mizoram.
