BJP candidate Jhabar Singh Kharra wins the 2023 legislative assembly election in Srimadhopur constituency after getting 81,080 votes. Congress’ Deependra Singh polled 66,621 votes and came to second. From the last election INC ‘s Deependra Singh was selected as MLA of Srimadhopur. But in the latest election BJP won with 14,459 more votes than INC. BJP garnered 81,080 votes while INC garnered 66,621 votes. The independent candidate Balram shares third position by polling 41,588 votes. Srimadhopur witnessed a tough election phase in the current election. BJP and INC are the main parties in Srimadhopur.
Srimadhopur is a city and municipality in Neem Ka Thana district, in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was founded on April 18, 1761 under the reign of Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh. It was mainly famous for his temples. Srimadhopur’s wheat market is the biggest wheat market in Neem Ka Thana district. Dedicated Delhi-Mumbai Freight corridor is passing through this city. Srimadhopur is choosen for the development of crossing station on this route.

The independent candidate Narendra Maharoli polled 6285 votes and came to third position. Srimadhopur constituency had total 255,837 electors in 2018.
