"A Very Debatable Question": Prem Chopra On Whether He Has Fallen For An Actress

In a recent interview with ANI, veteran Bollywood actor Prem Chopra talked about matters of the heart, giving glimpses into his personal experience with love and heartbreak.

When asked if he had ever fallen in love with any actress, Chopra responded with a laugh, deeming it “a very debatable question.” However, when pressed further about whether he had crushes, the actor acknowledged, “Yeah, that happens.”

The conversation then took a lighthearted turn when the conversation shifted to the topic of heartbreak. Chopra candidly admitted, “Yeah, many times,” and followed it with laughter.

Reflecting on his experiences, he revealed that he had both broken hearts and had his heart broken by others. Going back to the initial question of whether he had fallen in love with any actress, he underscored his professionalism and the reality of a career in the film industry, “Nothing can happen. At that time, you forget about your relationship, you forget about everything. You do your job.”

With a filmography consisting of over 380 films in the span of 60 years, Chopra is known for acting in films such as Do Raaste, Upkaar, Himmat, and Phool Bane Angaarey, among others. He was last seen in the action-thriller Animal, starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Tripti Dimri, and Rashmika Mandanna.
