Alia Bhatt Calls Wrap For Jigra With Her On-Screen Brother Vedang Raina
Alia Bhatt has dropped cute pictures from her upcoming movie Jigra’s location. The pictures feature Alia Bhatt and Archies fame Vedang Raina. Alia Bhatt with her short hair and a shy looking Vedang give off a sibling vibe. Both the stars are playing siblings in Jigra. Sharing the picture on her social media platforms, Alia said it’s a wrap of filming Jigra and will meet everyone soon on September 27, 2024.

Jigra is helmed by Vasan Bala, and Alia co-produce the movie with Karan Johar. it feels like an emotional moment for Alia as she started off her career with Karan’s production house and now is co-producing with him. She expressed her feelings on that while announcing Jigra. She said, “from debuting in a Dharma production to now producing a film with them, in many ways, it feels like coming full circle from where I started. Everyday is a different day…exciting, challenging (and a little scary)…not just as an actor but also as a producer as we bring this film to life, and I CANNOT wait to share as we move forward”.
Jigra was announced in last September. The announcement video of the film teased that the film is about a tale of a sister’s love for her brother and how she would do anything to protect him.
Alia was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani opposite to Ranveer Singh. Apart from Jigra, the star have Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War and Jee Le Zara in the pipeline.
