'Dragon' Fame Kayadu Lohar Linked To ED Probe Over Rs 35 Lakh Party Payment: Report (Image-Instagram/kayadu_lohar_official)
Dragon fame Kayadu Lohar recently found herself in a controversy over an ongoing liquor scam. Reports have surfaced that the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is investigating her in connection with the ongoing Tasmac liquor scam case involving alleged large-scale corruption and money laundering.
As per reports, Kayadu’s name came up during the ongoing ED investigation on individuals connected to the scam. It is also alleged that the actress was paid Rs 35 lakh by people involved in the fraudulent network to attend night parties hosted by them.

The Tasmac scam is a massive scandal in connection with Tamil Nadu’s state-run liquor retail network, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation (TASMAC). After the scam came to light, several officials and politicians were accused of siphoning off more than Rs 1000 crore through illegal liquor sales, fake billing, and kickbacks.
The scam has raised serious concerns about transparency and governance in state-run enterprises, and Kayadu is the first celebrity whose name has cropped up in the case.
Despite the serious nature of the allegations, Kayadu’s team has not yet issued any official statements of clarification regarding the investigation.

The young actress made her stunning Tamil debut in Ashwath Marimuthu’s latest release, Dragon, alongside Pradeep Ranganathan. Apart from STR49, Kayadu is also part of director-producer Aakash Bakaran’s upcoming film Idhayam Murali, headlined by Atharvaa.
