Dua Lipa To Headline Zomato Feeding India Concert

Zomato CEO Deepinder Goyal announced that global pop icon Dua Lipa will headline this year’s Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC).

Zomato announces the second edition of its malnutrition eradication mission, ZIFC. The global pop icon is set to light up the floors on this November 30, at  Mumbai’s MMRDA Grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC). The prescale tickets are expected to go live on the Zomato app starting August 27.

According to Goyal, ZFIC is our endeavor to strengthen India’s resolve to eradicate malnutrition and hunger in the country through community mobilization. Making the announcement, the Zomato CEO on X wrote “Zomato Feeding India Concert (ZFIC) is back! Headlining this year’s event is my favorite global pop icon, DUALIPA, an inspiration to millions worldwide! This is just the beginning of the movement and I couldn’t be more excited!”

As per the reports, this concert will also feature pop artist Jonita Gandhi and Punjabi artist Talwiinder. This performance will mark Dua Lipa’s second performance in India. Earlier in 2019, she made her first performance at the OnePlus Music Festival in Navi Mumbai.

The year 2022 marked the first edition of the Zomato Feeding India Concert, which took place in Mumbai on December 10. It was headlined by the American pop star Post Malone. Other performers also included DJ-producer KSHMR, Indian crowd-pullers Ritviz, singer-songwriter Anuv Jain, and more, with a reported 25,000 fans in attendance. It was hosted as a community-driven initiative to accelerate progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goal of Zero Hunger by 2030.
