Actor David Schwimmer, best known for his role as Ross Geller in the iconic sitcom Friends, has gotten the social media’s attention recently. The actor, who was recently seen leaving the upscale restaurant in California (US) accompanied by a much younger companion, has become the talk of the town.
As per the reports, the 58-year-old star was spotted with a 29-year-old woman at the Beverly Hills restaurant Spago yesterday. This captured the internet’s attention, and the duo’s pictures are now all over the internet.
The companion of Schwimmer was Eliana Jolkovsky, a medical student. Based on her social media account, Eliana is a medical student at UCLA, the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Jewish activist. Eliana, who is part Korean, describes her heritage on her Instagram profile.

Jolkovsky turned heads in stylish white mid-calf fold-over boots with a kitten heel, pairing her footwear with a chic ensemble that complemented the occasion. Meanwhile, Schwimmer opted for a more understated look, donning dark clothing, a cap, and a light beard.
Even though this official meeting of the duo sparked various controversies on the internet, neither Schwimmer nor Jolkovsky made any comment over the ongoing issue.
As an activist, she also appeared on Fox News in May 2024 to explain the “total disarray” of the UCLA campus after major student protests broke out relating to the Israeli conflict.

Notably, actor Schwimmer is known for expressing his thoughts against anti-Semitism. In 2022, he also condemned the rise of anti-Semitism across the globe and called out musician Kanye West. The rapper then stirred controversy by tweeting a screenshot of a Forbes article about West getting his Twitter account back and him saying, “I’m a bit sleepy tonight, but when I wake up, I’m going death con 3 [sic] on Jewish people.”

About Schwimmer’s personal life, seven years ago the actor officially announced his split from artist and writer Zoë Buckman, whom he married in 2010. The couple also has a daughter named Cleo.
