Gauri Kishan's Body Shaming: YouTuber Karthik Expresses Regret, Says 'Was Not Intentional'
After public outcry over his body-shaming remark to actress Gauri Kishan recently, YouTuber Karthik on Saturday, November 8, expressed regret for posing the question about Gauri Kishan’s weight.
The youtuber said he did not body-shame the actress, adding that the question was not intentional.

During her upcoming film Others promotional event, a reporter recently blasted a reporter for asking a “body-shaming” question to her. The video shows the journalist asking the actor about her weight, triggering her to confront the reporter strongly during the event held at Chennai.

The actor called the question “highly disrespectful and stupid”. The video has taken social media by storm, sparking heated debate Users on social media are busted out in anger at the journalist while praising the actor for standing up to the question.
The actress had issued an official statement on the issue, stating that comments or question that targets a person’s physical appearance is inappropriate in any context.
