"I Didn't Realize...": Swara Bhasker Responds To Viral Post On Her Marriage

Swara Bhasker is one of the few outspoken Bollywood stars who never fails to make her statement loud and clear. The star is on the news again, with right wing slanted social media accounts slamming her for posing with All India Muslim Personal Law Board spokesperson Maulana Sajjad Nomani, whom she and Fahad Ahmed (a leader of Sharad Pawar-led NCP faction, who is contesting from Anushakti Nagar constituency) met ahead of Maharashtra Assembly elections to seek support.

Pictures circulating online shared a picture of Swara wearing a dupatta on her head. The picture was captioned as before and after of the marriage. She also appeared to have put on weight. The perpetrators have used her attire to ‘prove’ that the start has “lost herself” after marriage.

Responding to the issue, Swara came forward with a scorching reply. She said she didn’t realise that her post marriage wardrobe choices are a national cyber debate. Calling it “bizarre”. She also shared few more pictures “to give Sanghi vermin more fodder for their dung”. She also added that her husband does not fit the stereotype of a “conservative Muslim husband”.

The picture she added include of her wearing a dupatta on her head, a picture of her with Fahad when she was pregnant. There is a picture of her with her little one.
