The Kollywood duo – Karthi and Arvind Swami, with their upcoming family entertainer Meiyazhagan has been creating a buzz in the social media for a while. And, finally, the makers has dropped the official trailer today.

With Meiyazhagan actor Karthi has made his another rural avatar and Arvind Swami, as Karthi’s distant brother. The trailer introduces Arvind Swami as a man with a disturbing past returning to his homeland. From strangers to distant relative to brothers with an emotional bondage, the trailer beautifully captures the dynamic relationship shared by the duo.

Meiyazhagan was originally written as a book by Prem Kumar (who is also the director of this film) said that he had envisioned actor Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan as his two leading men. Produced by Suriya and Jyothika’s 2D Entertainment. Promising a family entertainment, the film is slated to be released on September 27.
