Pakistani actress Mahira Khan, after her fairytale wedding, posted a fresh bunch of pictures from her pre-wedding shoot. Along with her long-time partner Salim Karim, Mahira began her ‘happily ever after’ on October 1. The glimpses of her pre-wedding were posted four days later. In her note, she penned, “my mother had one wish… to start the wedding with dua”. She expressed her unending love to her Ama.
“My beautiful Ama, who is in a wheel chair – one would think she can’t do much – but really, she can do everything and anything. She sat and managed the decoration downstairs, the table, the moving around of furniture anddd she was ready dot on time..”, she wrote.
“Later on that day, my childhood girlfriends had a mayun for me. Alhumdulillah for friends I can call my sisters. P.S I took a bud of the motia and put it in my baali before going down.. for my Nani and Dadi,” she added.

She shared the photos of her in beautiful white and golden suit, talking to someone, sat on a couch with a garland around her neck. She also included the photos of her in green bordered orange Anarkali suit for her mayoun. The photos were reflections of her ethereal beauty.
Previously, she had posted a heart whelming video of her intimate wedding. In the video, she approaches the groom with one hand held to her son. Nothing was more beautiful than to watch mother and son seated together for the nikkah ceremony, watching the groom say those magical words ‘Kubool hei’.
Mahira Khan married her close friend and businessman, Salim Karim, in an intimate wedding ceremony on Sunday, October 1. The marriage took place at Pearl Continental Hotel Bhurban in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
