Lady Superstar Nayanthara announced her next action-adventure film today on the occasion of her birthday. The star offered a fantastic visual treat to her fans with a spectacular title announcement teaser of her upcoming venture, Rakkayie, written and directed by Senthil Nallasamy.
Actress Nayanthara, who is the talk of the town lately thanks to her Netflix documentary, has a number of surprises for her fans today. As Netflix commemorated the star’s birthday with the release of the awaited documentary titled Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairytale, the actress also unveiled her next action avatar today.

Introducing the Jawan actress as a mother and a bold woman who takes on her enemies, the teaser presents a massy avatar of the Lady Superstar.
The teaser shows Nayan making red chili powder while her infant daughter cries. All the while, a group of men, led by a ‘monster,’ approaches her house. She feeds milk to her daughter and then takes on the entire group of men with a sickle in her hand.
The teaser ends with Nayan spreading red chili powder all over the mob in a badass manner. The teaser has definitely raised fans’ expectations for Rakkayie. The intense music of the film is crafted by Govind Vasantha.
Sharing the action-filled teaser of the film on Instagram, the actress offered a glimpse of the storyline and wrote, “In a land where justice is but a memory…There lived a mother whose world was her child… But when her daughter’s life is threatened by a monster… She does not flee… she does not falter…Instead, she declares war..🔥🔥”
