Pradeep Ranganathan And Vignesh Shivan's 'LIK' Gets Official Release Date (Image-X/Rowdy_Pictures)
After his recent fantasy entertainer Dragon, actor-director Pradeep Ranganathan has some interesting films lined up to entertain the audience. LIK (Love Insurance Kompany), his upcoming romantic film with director Vignesh Shivan, is one of them and it has a new update. Produced by Rowdy Pictures, LIK features a stellar cast with Pradeep, Krithi Shetty, SJ Suryah, Yogi Babu, Gouri Kishan and others on board.
Pradeep, best known for his films Love Today and Comali, has also established himself as an excellent actor. With his recent fantasy entertainer, Dragon, the actor created an exceptional milestone at the box office. Continuing his acting journey, Pradeep has signed films like Love Insurance Kompany (LIK) and Dude.
Adding to the excitement, director-producer Vignesh Shivan has announced the release date of the film today with an animated teaser video.

As per the announcement posted by Rowdy Pictures, LIK will hit theatres on September 18. Announcing the same, the makers dropped a teaser video curated with the theme song Dheema Dheema. The short teaser also introduced the lead characters of the film: Pradeep, Kriti, SJ Suryah and Gouri Kishan.

Vignesh Shivan has played a diverse role in the film as a writer, director and producer of the film. Interestingly, he also introduced himself as a lyricist through the first single of the film, titled Dheema Dheema. Sensational music director Anirudh Ravichander has composed the music score of the film. Other members of the technical crew include Ravi Varman as cinematographer and Pradeep E. Ragav as editor.

Pradeep kickstarted 2025 with promising films with renowned directors. Followed by LIK, the actor has announced his next project, Dude, with debutant director Keerthiswaran. In his fourth film, Pradeep will share the screen with Mamitha Baiju.

Produced by Mythri Makers, Dude is scheduled to hit theatres on October 2025, coinciding with Diwali. The film has music composed by Sai Abhyankkar, cinematography handled by Niketh Bommireddy, and editing by Barath Vikraman.
