Salman Khan's 'Kick 2' Announced With First Glimpse From 'Sikandar' Sets (Image-X/BeingSalmanKhan)
Director Sajid Nadiadwala has confirmed the arrival of Salman Khan‘s Kick 2. With a black and white photo of Salman Khan, as the initial photoshoot of the project from the sets of Sikander has generated a strong social media buzz.
The star, who is currently immersed in the production of his upcoming release with Rashmika Mandanna, seems to have found some time for Sajid’s project amidst the schedule. Sharing the exciting announcement, Sajid wrote, “It was a great Kick 2 photo shoot Sikandar….!!! From Grand Sajid Nadiadwala.”

Directed by Sajid Nadiadwala, the 2014 released Kick starred Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Randeep Hooda and Jacqueliene Fernandez. Made its theatrical entry as a Eid release, the prequel grossed over ₹402 crore worldwide and over 232 crores net domestically in India, becoming a blockbuster success and emerged as Khan’s first film to enter 200 Crore Club and emerged as one of the biggest blockbusters of 2014.
It was earlier reported that Sajid Nadiadwala was planning for a 2025 shoot, as he was figuring out the timeline amidst several productions under his banner. It was also revealed that Sajid, who is currently backing Salman Khan starrer Sikandar, has already started a discussion about taking the story of Devil forward. The actor-filmmaker duo who share a great bond of friendship are “excited” about the collaboration on Kick 2, claimed media reports.

Currently, Salman Khan is busy shooting for Sikandar with Rashmika. Taking to Instagram, Salman shared the title slate that read, “Sajid Nadiadwala presents Salman Khan in and as Sikandar.” The Salman Khan starrer is slated for an Eid release in 2025.
