Alia Bhatt And Sharvari's 'Alpha' To Hit Theaters On Christmas 2025
Alia Bhatt and Sharvari starrer Alpha has finally set its release date. Aiming to conquer the Christmas season, the spy thriller has marked its target.
The anticipation around the Yash Raj Films (YRF) spy universe’s next thriller is expected to be raise the bar. The YRF and teams made the official announcement about the release, and revealed that its aiming for 2025 Christmas, December 25.

Alia’s spy thriller Alpha is a part of the production house’s spy universe, which include three other franchise of the Bollywood stars – Salman Khan’s Tiger, Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan and Hrithik Roshan’s War. Notably, Alpha also happens to be the first women-led spy film of the category.
Progressing with its production, the lead actress’ Alia and Sharvari have been busy shooting for sometime now. Touted to be packed with high intense action and adventure, the film is eagerly awaited by fans.

Directed by Shiv Rawai and created by producer Aditya Chopra, Alia Bhatt’s standalone YRF Spy Universe film was confirmed earlier this year when YRF CEO Akshaye Widhani.
He said, “As one of the most prized IPs, we take a lot of pride in it. So there’s a lot of stuff that’s going to come in the spy universe. We’re going to see more and more films getting made under it. But, of course, not going to share everything here. We will talk about it at a more opportune time. For now, I can say that Alia Bhatt is headlining a spy universe film.”
