Alia Bhatt's Spy-thriller On Board: Makers Dropped The Title 'Alpha' (Image-X/aliaa08)
Here comes the Alpha women from YRF Spy Universe with Aditya Chopra’s film featuring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh as two super-agents in the spyverse. The makers have dropped the exciting title announcement today, July 5.
The title of the exciting spy-thriller starring Alia and Sharvari was unveiled by its makers. The tile was shared on the social media handles of the makers along with a video that reveals the fastest and courageous avatars of the actresses on the big screen.

In the title reveal video, Alia Bhatt is heard saying, “Greek alphabet ka sabse pehla akshar aur humare program ka motto.. sabse pehle, sabse tezz, sabs veer. Dhyaan se dekho toh har sheher mein ek jungle hai. Aur jungle mein hamesha Raj karega.. ALPHA!” (The first alphabet of the Greek language and our motto – first, fastest and courageous. If you see, every city is a jungle and every jungle is ruled by an Alpha). On sharing this Alia Bhatt declared “It’s the time of the ALPHA.. Girls!”

Directed by Shiv Rawai and created by producer Aditya Chopra, Alia Bhatt’s standalone YRF Spy Universe film was confirmed earlier this year when Yash Raj Films’ CEO Akshaye Widhani said, “As one of the most prized IPs, we take a lot of pride in it. So there’s a lot of stuff that’s going to come in the spy universe. We’re going to see more and more films getting made under it. But, of course, not going to share everything here. We will talk about it at a more opportune time. For now, I can say that Alia Bhatt is headlining a spy universe film”

Apart from Alpha, YRF Films has a handful of projects with Hrithik Roshan and NTR Jr leading War 2 and Tiger Vs Pathaan, an action thriller directed by Siddharth Anand and written by Shridhar Raghavan.
