Thalapathy Vijay’s The GOAT (Greatest Of All Time) has hit theatres today, and had an excellent opening at the box-office. Venkat Prabhu, the director of the film, has served a full fest commercial entertainer. The film has garnered another title card for the Thalapathy, after Leo.  After watching the film, question looms. Will there be a sequel? Spoiler alert! Yes.

At the tail end of the film, the director gave a crumb of what is to come. May be a third character for Vijay?! For more details, you need to go watch the movie.

But the thing is, is there a possibility for a sequel? The louder answer will be, “Obviously”, because, Venkat Prabhu has left it open at the end. After all, the story is all about spies, so yeah! One could definitely look forward for sequels, or may be even prequels.

Directed by Venkat Prabhu, GOAT explores the story of seasoned spies and an unknown past resurfacing in the life of the lead character and how it casts a shadow over his current life. Adding to the excitement, Vijay plays dual roles in the film as a father and a son.
