But Nayanthara has denied the claims of getting plastic surgery. Over years, netizens have accused her of going under the knife to make her facial features look sharper and even getting a liposuction. Presenting a possible reason for her denial, the actress pointed how her weight fluctuated over the years and the impact it had on her facial features.

She also added that the claims are not true. The Jawan actress made it clear that while undergoing plastic surgery is not wrong, for her, it has just been diet, which resulted in lot of weight fluctuation and her cheeks to go in and out. Nayanthara also slammed the accusations and said, “You can pinch me, burn me, and you’ll know there’s no plastic in here.”

The topic of cosmetic surgery has recently been a sensitive topic ever since the rumour mills did the rounds targeting the Jigra actress. Alia clarified that her smile is natural just the way it is and that she has a distinct way of speaking, which is being unfairly scrutinised by social media. She expressed her frustration over baseless claims and the spread of misinformation.

She wrote, “To the random video floating around literally claiming I’ve had Botox gone wrong (and to the numerous clickbait articles) – I have a “crooked smile” and a “weird way of speaking,” according to YOU. This is your hypercritical, microscopic judgment of a human face. And now you’re confidently tossing around “scientific” explanations, claiming I’m paralysed on one side? Are you kidding me? These are SERIOUS claims being casually thrown out there with zero proof, no confirmation, and absolutely nothing to back it up.”
