Vismaya Mohanlal’s debut film Thudakkam is all set to make its digital premiere.
The film will begin streaming exclusively on JioHotstar from September 18, with the OTT platform confirming the release date.
Thudakkam marks the acting debut of Vismaya Mohanlal, daughter of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal. The film is directed by Jude Anthany Joseph and produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
Mohanlal is also part of the film in a special appearance, making the project particularly significant for fans of the actor and his daughter.

The film features an ensemble cast alongside Vismaya Mohanlal. Aashish Joe Antony, Sai Kumar, Bobby Kurian, Manoj K Jayan, Ganesh Kumar, Aswin, Essa, Kottayam Ramesh, Jaya Kurup and Jaffar Idukki are among the actors appearing in the movie.
The screenplay and story credits include Linish Nellikkal, Akhil Krishna and Jude Anthany Joseph. The technical crew includes cinematographers Akhil George and Jomon T John ISC, with Sudeep Elamon serving as an additional director of photography. Jakes Bejoy has composed the music, while Chaman Chakko is responsible for the editing and Santhosh Raman for production design.

As of September 5, 2026, Thudakkam has earned approximately ₹23 crore at the Indian box office after 30 days of its theatrical run. Its worldwide gross collection currently stands at around ₹25.8 crore.
