Arijit Singh To Celebrate 20 Years In Music With 9-City India Stadium Tour
Indian Singer Arijit Singh is set to mark 20 years in the music industry with a nine-city stadium-scale India tour, scheduled to take place from January to May 2027.
The tour will celebrate two decades of his musical journey, from his appearance on the reality show Fame Gurukul in 2005 to becoming one of the most recognised voices in Indian music.
The tour, titled “20 Years of Music”, will take Arijit to Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Indore.

The shows are being promoted by Team Innovation, presented by Kotak Solitaire and will be ticketed exclusively through thumpN.
The Kotak pre-sale will begin on October 10 and remain open until October 13, while general ticket sales will open on October 13.
Organisers have planned the tour as a large-scale live production, with a custom-built multi-tiered stage and an extended runway reaching into the audience.
The concerts will also feature a 360-degree spatial audio setup, panoramic screens, kinetic LED fixtures, laser arrays and pyrotechnics.
For Arijit, the tour marks two decades since he first came into the public eye as a contestant on Fame Gurukul.

Although he did not win the reality show, the programme became the starting point of a career that would eventually make him one of the biggest playback singers in the country.
His major Bollywood breakthrough came with “Phir Mohabbat” from Murder 2 in 2011.
He reached another level of popularity with “Tum Hi Ho” from Aashiqui 2 in 2013, which became one of the defining songs of his career and established him as a leading voice in Hindi film music.
Over the years, Arijit has delivered songs across several Indian languages and worked with some of the biggest names in the film and music industries.
His popularity has also extended to streaming platforms, where he has consistently ranked among the world’s most-streamed artists.
In 2025, Arijit was awarded the Padma Shri, one of India’s highest civilian honours.
He has also won two National Film Awards and eight Filmfare Awards, placing him alongside Kishore Kumar in the record for the most Filmfare Awards won by a male playback singer.
The upcoming tour also comes after an important change in Arijit’s career.
In January 2026, he announced that he was stepping back from mainstream Bollywood playback singing and wanted to focus more on independent music, curation and live performances.
The 2027 tour will therefore be a significant return to large-scale live shows for the singer.
Reflecting on his 20-year journey, Arijit said, “20 years of music is a journey I feel very grateful for. The greatest part of it has always been the people, the listeners who have given these songs a life of their own.”
