This announcement is coming right after the Siddaramaiah-led government completed 100 days in office last Sunday.
After coming to power three months ago, the government under chief minister Siddaramaiah and deputy chief minister DK Shivakumar ensured that four out of five poll promises are delivered.
Schemes like Gruha Jyothi (free power), Shakthi (free bus travel), and Anna Bhagya (10 kg free rice) have already been rolled out by the Karnataka government.
The government, which faced uncertainty in the initial days due to the selection of the chief minister, as both Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar were in the running, is now being applauded by experts for keeping the state away from communal incidents and delivering on the promises made during the election campaign.
