Acclaimed Swiss floral designer and artist, Philipp Von Arx, is organising an exquisite flower installation at Delhi, and it will come alive at the Swiss Embassy on Friday evening. Using 320 kilograms of flowers, artist intend to present an immersive exhibition for the visitors.
Titled as ‘Swiss Art Night: SwitzerlandIndia In Bloom,’ the art event will celebrate art and sustainability. As India and Switzerland celebrating 75 years of bilateral relations and friendship, the exhibition plans to feature art and culture of both the countries. The two-day cultural extravaganza is coincide with the annual Swiss Art Festival as well.

The event will showcase an excellent display of 20 large and numerous smaller floral clouds, ranging from two to 11 meters in size and weighing between 30 to 120 kilograms. The enticing floral installations will ornate the pathways from the main entrance of the Swiss embassy building to the central garden and atrium.
Mr Arx renowned floral artist from Olten, is currently residing in Zurich. Though he chose vibrant bloom of marigolds as priority, he also utilised 15 locally sourced flower varieties for this artistic endeavour. He will work with his team of floral designers, Flowers to Arts, and Indian Floral Artists including Shreeram Kulkarni and Adarsh Suresh, as well as with Bamboo Artist Sagar D. Singh, to blend the designs from the floral worlds of India & Switzerland.
HelpUsGreen, renowned social enterprise known for its innovative flower recycling technology will upcycle the flowers for this event.
Conducted yearly, this art event is one of the most anticipated event in Delhi.
