"You Cannot De-Notify The Movement, Modi": CJP Protesters Sneak Into Jantar Mantar

New Delhi: CJP members have sneaked into Jantar Mantar on Tuesday, October 13 again, despite the Delhi police on Monday de-notified the venue as protest venue. Amid the police presence, the CJP protesters jumped the barricades and sneaked into the protest site at Jantar Mantar.

After declaring the site illegal for conducting protest, the police had suggested alternative locations. In a social media post, CJP founder Abhijeet Dipke wrote, “waiving Tiranga at Jantar Mantar .YOu cannot de-notify the movement, Modi.”

The protesters who breached Jantar Mantar included CJP’s Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka. The Delhi police have detained the leaders after jumping a gate to enter Jantar Mantar.

In a social media post, Das declared that Jantar Mantar has been reclaimed.

He further wrote that the  young gen will get Gyanesh Kumar’s resignation and will reclaim the right to vote. “Mark my words—The young gen will get Gyanu’s resignation and will reclaim our right to vote! 40,000+ paramilitary forces and police personnel. But they can’t stop the youth! The right to protest is our fundamental right. No one can “denotify” it.” he added.
