'Filmed, Brutally Tortured': Couple Arrested For Honey Trapping Two Youths In Alappuzha

Pathanamthitta , Kerala: In a shocking incident, a couple from Charalkunnu in Pathanamthitta subjected two youths from Ranni and Alappuzha to brutal harassment. The Pathanamthitta police have arrested a couple for honey-trapping and extorting money from youths.

Police detained the couple identified as Jayesh and Reshmi, who subjected two youths to torture and harassment. Reshmi was reportedly in a friendly relationship with the youths, and she invited him to her home.

Jayesh then picked up the youth from Maramon Junction, and asked the youth to pretend to have sex with his wife. While they engaged in the act, Jayesh captured the video. However, the couple then hung the youth, sprayed chilly and then stapled his genitals, and also pulled out his nail. They left the youth on the road after subjecting them to severe torture.

The second youth, from Alappuza, was also tortured in a similar manner. The youth, who works in Bengaluru, had come to Thiruvalla to meet Reshmi, who had a friendship with him. Like the previous case, Jayesh then picked the man, took him home and subjected him to harassment.

Both were taken to hospital by the people road. Though the youth initially did not disclose the torture due to embarrassment, police registered a case based on the information provided by the hospital. The officials will conduct a detailed investigation into the matter, Kerala Kaumudi reported, citing sources.
