Nilambur Byelection Result: Ahead of 2025 local body polls and the Assembly elections in 2026, the Nilambur by-election result is crucial for the LDF and UDF. A high-stakes triangular contest was held with UDF candidate Aryadan Shoukath, LDF’s M Swaraj, and Independent candidate PV Anvar in the fray. The by-polls were held on Thursday, June 19, wherein Nilambur recorded the highest polling percentage of 73.26%.
