It was an absolute surprise for Cornelia Nicholson and the least expected at her newsroom.

It is not what everybody gets to see in a news channel, a sweet moment was transmitted via TV news channel in Tennessee, United States.

Cornelia Nicholson who is a news anchor for the NBC affiliate WRCB-TV, was, in the regular fashion doing her work, reading news, when her boyfriend entered the scene with flowers and a ring. The news was on her then, when her boyfriend went on his knees and asked her for her hand in marriage. Amidst tears of joy, she said yes.

Riley Nagel works at the same place as a journalist. While proposing, he said, “I have a very special report, for people at home, who don”t know, Cornelia and I met in Montana, at a news station almost four years ago. And, when I first met you, I was very drawn to you. You have such an amazing personality, you are so bright, and you always light up the room when you come in and make everyone laugh”. NDTV news said.

The sweet proposal has lighted up many comments. Many congratulated them. One person commented “finally on to forever, Congratulations to you both! Y”all are still a dream team couple for the books!”””, while another said, “”Protect this couple at all costs. I”m literally crying in my coffee.”
