The footage is from Lucknow, the capital and largest city in the Northern Indian State of Uttar Pradesh, said Mr. Rai.

Red and orange colored flower petals are shown showering from the helicopter. The activity is said to as did to commemorate the 77th anniversary of India”s Independence, and is in between Lok Bhavan and Vidhansabha in UP”s Lucknow.
