Team India will look to take the lead for the first-time in the five-Test series against England in the third Test, starting from February 15 at the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium. Team India defeated England by 106 runs in the Vizag Test to level the series 1-1. Premier India bowler Jasprit Bumrah was adjudged man-of-the-match for his returns of 9/81.

Opting to bat, young India sensation Yashasvi Jaiswal (209) notched up his first double-century to guide the hosts to 396. England veteran James Anderson and young spinners Rehan Ahmed and Shoaib Bashir picked up three wickets each in the first innings to disallow other Indian batters to score big.

Tom Hartley was the pick of the bowlers for England as he scalped four wickets.

In the daunting chase of 398 runs, England could manage only 292 with Crawley once again displaying his grit to score 73 runs while Ben Foakes and Tom Hartley scored 36 each. Bumrah and Ashwin picked up three wickets each. The match saw some phenomenal performances and milestones.
